LeaderLab is a workshop that will challenge you to build the capability, confidence, and commitment you need to lead well. The workshop offers opportunities to explore and develop your own leadership vision, abilities, and confidence. You will also learn to recognize and respond to organizational challenges. Using a staff recognition and/or planning meeting as your learning laboratory, you will guide individuals and teams to high performance, personal satisfaction, and extraordinary results.

»  Experience the power of vision as a leadership tool;
»  Practice positive influence to get the best from staff;

»  Guide project start-up through development of a shared vision, mission, and plans;
»  Build your leadership tool kit, self-confidence and direction;
»  Shape culture, improve communication, and strengthen relationships at your organization;
»  Create and enjoy an amazing staff recognition or planning meeting!
