Alignment is both our mission and our method. Four areas of expertise are integrated to fit your specific needs:
Consulting: We consult with you to: a) reach a common understanding of your mission and stakeholders, history, current situation, and desired outcomes; b) develop practical measures of success; c) explore existing and needed resources to achieve the results you want; d) identify opportunities to leverage your resources for greatest impact; and e) craft a strategy with high potential to support your success. The ‘path of progress’ that emerges will provide your framework for action. This framework typically includes one or more of the following elements:
Facilitation of Collaborative Planning: We teach, coach, and guide entrepreneurs, agency or project leaders, and team members to: a) identify and engage stakeholders; b) discover and share common vision, values, principles and desired results; c) develop and document collaborative strategies and action plans; and d) execute plans, monitor progress, and evaluate results.
Applied Research and Survey Services: We help individuals and teams efficiently assess needs and opportunities, evaluate the impact of their work, and choose and use data collection tools that match their goals. Services emphasize ‘do-it-yourself’ methods such as customer surveys and focus groups, which put practical evaluation tools in the hands of people who conduct programs. Help on establishing baselines, progress indicators, and data collection methods is available.
Training: We build individual or team capabilities and resources through workshops and coaching. Workshops are tailored to your specific business, agency, or community context, and your existing or upcoming projects or responsibilities. These projects or responsibilities provide immediate opportunities for practice and improved performance. An interactive format invites participants to link current skills and abilities with new perspectives and techniques. Learning is fast, fun, and results-oriented.

Principals Randall Thomas, PhD and Susan Berry, MA have facilitated or led staff, leadership, and organizational development initiatives for over thirty years at local, state, national and international levels.
